So, the tool room at Bigelow is staffed with only the most experienced tool and die makers who have years of expertise in fashioning coining, metal stamping, and metal forming dies, from the most simple to the most complex.

Our tool room has CNC, EDM, center-less grinding, heat-treating and tool design capabilities and can hold tolerance of .0002 of an inch.

Bigelow Components performs both coining and high-speed metal stamping. We can stamp material from .002 to .250 of an inch.
